Hatzidakis Santorini wine, Greece atzidakis wines is one of the most recent creations of Santorini vineyards. The winemaker and oenologist, Mr. Haridimos Hatzidakis, was lucky enough to work in large Greek wine industries before finally settling in Santorini. For Hatzidakis, Santorini vineyard is a challenge. He rennovated an old 'canava', near Pyrgos village, inside the Santorini Apellation area of High Quality vines and started producing his own wines from local Santorini grapes grown in his land. He insisted from the beginning to produce organic wines and so he managed to create an organic vineyard and get the certification by DIO, the Greek Organic certification company. Now, his wine creations include both organic and regular Santorini wines. He has earned prizes and recognition for his wines both from winemasters and consumers. Some call him 'the new kid on the bloc!'. For sure he is the fourth kid in the family as he is married with three kids. His passion is to make wines and you will be in the right course to include his wines in your portfolio. Hatzidakis wines have discovered some new and very interesting characteristics of the Santorini vineyard and really will make a difference for all those who wish to offer exceptional wines to their clientele.
