Established in 1998 by David & Tanya Freschi, Casa Freschi is a small, quality obsessed vigneron who use organic principles and natural winemaking to produce seven highly individual single vineyard wines from their own vineyards. With 2.5 hectares of cabernet, shiraz and malbec planted in Langhorne Creek by David's parents in 1972 as their foundation, David & Tanya have added 2 hectares of nebbiolo in 1999, and 3.2 hectares of white varieties in the Adelaide Hills in 2004. All wines are grown, vinified, bottled and matured on the vineyards and distributed to the finest restaurants, independent fine wine stores and directly to customers around Australia and abroad.
