Description: Minority Introduction to Engineering, Entrepreneurship, and Science - Six week residential summer program at MIT that introduces promising Native American, Hispanic American, and African American high school juniors to engineering, science, and entrepreneurship. Program is 100% scholarship-based. Curriculum, class schedule, and application information.
Students must apply during their junior year to attend the MITES Program. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents and will be asked for documentation upon acceptance. All eligible applicants are welcome to apply. MITES strongly encourages students who are truly passionate about learning and willing to spend their summer doing course work to apply.
