Virus safety - good
Description: Located on Edgbaston Reservoir in Birmingham. Sailing for Solo, Merlin Rocket, GP14 and Enterprise plus the menagerie fleet for anything similar. RYA recognised training, family friendly with a youth section. Contains event calendar, duty roster and current weather.
MSc took delivery our new TV system for the training department. I had the pleasure of using it for the first time with our radio controlled (RC) friends from Bournville. The kit is a pleasure to use and will be useful in developing members' sailing and other skills. We can connect to the internet, show DVDs, connect to a PC, a tablet, maybe even a smart phone, show instant video from our training cameras and even watch the TV! It is a significant move forward for the Club. It is really modern equipment, I think, and stored in the Cloud. Not being that great with "e" stuff, please address your questions to e-vonne or e-lizabeth. On the 26th Feb, Bournville will be making a presentation to the Club about RC sport. Come along, you will be impressed by the seriousness of this aspect of sailing. I have been!
