TACCOC has been concerned for sometime that Motor Sport New Zealand Inc (MSNZ) has lost its direction and does not always act in the interest of all member clubs, as it is obligated to do pursuant to it's Constitution. As with many bureaucratic organisations, MSNZ may have evolved into "head office" structure, increasingly remote from the needs of its members and with a flawed representative system.
