(Photo Story) A Tomahawk man, 24, was killed in an early morning house fire at a residence on Woodland Trail in the town of Cassian last Monday. At approximately 12:42 a.m. Feb. 3, a 911 call reported a structure fire at 3892 Woodland Trail, located in southwestern part of Oneida County near Nokomis. The home, situated in a remote area north of Swamp Lake Road, was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. An autopsy revealed Seth J. Fehr, a 2008 Tomahawk High School graduate, perished in the house fire. Others in the structure survived.
