I'm,Luc my main hobby is keeping and breeding ducks and some chickens. I started this about 5 years ago.After visiting one of our uncles who had been keeping ducks for years,i started to enjoy it too. I made a small pond for my first couple the carolinas, One couple didn't seem enough,so a couple of mandarins was added. The four of them didn't get on well,so i made another pond to separate them.Another couple of ringteals was added to save them from loneliness.In the other pond, together whit the woodducks i introduced a couple of Common teals. So that 's how a serious hobby started. In the mean time i have three reasonable ponds and 7 couples of ducks on about 200 square meters. We also have about 6 chickens and a couple of guinea fowls, not to forget our belgium bearded d'uccles. You can find all the photos on the site and i hope this site will intrest you.
