Rose Society of Tucson | Celebrating 51 Blooming Years The Rose Society of Tucson has been helping the gardeners of southern Arizona grow great roses since 1960. We are an affiliate of the For our March 4th program we will take a virtual trip with, Donaldina Joung, to Osaka, Japan, to see her lovely photographs at the 2006 World Federation of Rose Societies show. Our first stop will be a pre-convention tour of Hiroshima, Japan, where we’ll visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial. We’ll also visit a Japanese rose hybridizer. And of course the highlight will be the many wonderful roses and rose arrangements by rosarians from around the world.
