Hayes Arboretum, Richmond, Indiana Hayes Arboretum - Reinforcing the Vision Hayes Arboretum at 801 Elks Road (main entrance with access to the Nature Center) will re-open Saturday, March 1, 2014 with regular hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. Prior to March 1, the Arboretum is open for scheduled groups and special events.
