Chocolate sauce: 1/2 cup cocoa 3/8water 3/8sugar 1/4cornsyrup Whisk ingredients together until blended Pour into saucepan at medium heat and bring to boil. Boil stirring constantly for @ minutes. Remove from heat and add the following: # cups no fat popcorn 1 cup shreddies cereal 1 cup pretzel sticks 1/3 cup raisins Blend until all are well coated and freeze in a sealed container.
