Description: Made with avocado, tomato, red onions, lemon juice, tabasco, and sour cream.
1. Cut the avacado in half, and remove the stone. Scrape out the flesh into a bowl, and mash with a fork. . Peel, deseed and finely chop the tomato (you can easily peel the tomato by pouring boiling water over it and leaving it in the water for a couple of minutes). Finely chop the red onion.
