Description: A mix of wild mushrooms are layered between fresh pasta and creamy cheese sauce to make this lasagna.
Here is yet another offering from the beloved 1 pound mixed wild mushrooms (whatever type's available) 1/4 cup Italian parsley chopped 1 cup broth (chicken or vegetable) In a large skillet, heat olive oil, on med. high heat. Add garlic and onions and saute 6 to 7 minutes. Add mushrooms, parsley and thyme, saute 5 minutes. Stir in wine. Simmer for 5 minutes and set aside.
