zucchini-bread-3 recipe from FatFree Date: Sat, 29 Jul 1995 13:55:12 -0400 From: [email protected] Zuchini Bread 2 cups grated zucchini egg replacer equivalent of 3 eggs 3/4 cup applesauce 1 cup Sucanat (or refined sugar) 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 3 cups unbleached all purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking soda 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons nutmeg 1 teaspoon baking powder preheat oven to 350. Stir first five ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Pour batter into 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 nonstick baking pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. kwovo ovo
