Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing b owl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. In anoth er mixing bowl, combine milk, egg whites, applesauce, sugar, and zucchini. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan(s).
