MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Apricot Nut Spread Categories: Yield: 2 Cups 6 oz Dried apricots 1/2 c Water 8 oz Cream cheese; cubed 1/2 c Chopped walnuts 1. Soak apricots overnight in water; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. 2. Process apricots and liquid about 10 seconds. Add cream cheese; process just until blended, 10 to 20 seconds. Add nuts and blend just until mixed. Store in refrigerator. MMMMM
