Orange & Seafood Salad Recipe MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Orange & Seafood Salad Categories: Yield: 4 Servings 1 c Sour cream 3 tb Lemon juice 1/2 c Oil 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice 1 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Dry mustard 1 ts Dill seed 1/4 ts Pepper 1/4 c Minced onion 3 c Diced oranges 3 c Cooked seafood*; cut into .. bite size pieces 1 Head lettuce; shredded *Shrimp, lobster, crabmeat, tuna fish, or fillet of sole or any mixture of above. To make dressing, combine sour cream, lemon juice, oil, horseradish, salt, mustard, dill seed, pepper, and onion in bowl; blend well. Refrigerate for several hours. Combine oranges and seafood. Cover with enough dressing to coat well. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce. MMMMM
