Grilled Bluefish Fillets Recipe MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Grilled Bluefish Fillets Categories: Yield: 6 Servings 2 lb Bluefish fillets 1/2 c Catsup 1/4 c Butter; melted 3 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Vinegar 1 ts Salt 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1/2 ts Grated onion 1/4 ts Paprika 1 Clove garlic; finely .. chopped 3 dr hot pepper sauce Place fish in single layer in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Marinate 30 minutes, turning fish once. Meanwhile heat grill. Drain fish, place in fish basket; cook over medium hot coals 4" from heat about 8 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade. Turn fish over and cook 7-8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to heated serving platter; serve at once. MMMMM
