Fishermans Pie - letsCOOK Recipe 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mk 6, 400°F). Chop the fish and hard boiled eggs into pieces, and place in the bottom of a baking dish. In a saucepan, melt 25g butter. Stir in the flour and stir fry for a minute. Slowly add the 300ml milk, stirring all the time, to form a smooth sauce. Bring to the boil, still stirring to avoid lumps, and then simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the parsley, salt, freshly ground black pepper, and lemon juice. Remove from the heat.
