American RadioWorks - Suffering For Two - The Food and Drug Administration has reclassified the antidepressant Paxil after studies link it to a slightly elevated risk of fetal heart defects in babies whose mothers took the drug during the first trimester of pregnancy. The new classification, a "category D drug," means there is a known risk during pregnancy.
