Workers Compensation Roster and SLED Checks Any personnel needing to be added to the Workers Comp Roster must have a SLED Criminal Record Review and must be registered with the South Carolina Fire Marshal's Office before they will be added to the workers comp roster. A copy of the SLED Criminal Record Review and a copy of the completed and signed registration documentation must be faxed to the coordinator's office before any personnel will be added. This is to insure that all departments are complying with state law Section 40-80-10, which took effect July 1, 2001.
