Kintail Mountain Rescue Team in Wester Ross , Scotland We are a charity organisation consisting entirely of unpaid volunteers. The team has a written constitution and is run by a committee elected from amongst our members. We have a typical membership of about 25 volunteers who live around the team area and have demonstrated the necessary skills and commitment. Or the other interpretation is that we are 25 over-grown kids who accept any excuse to get out on the hill.
