Welcome to West Texas Eye Associates West Texas Eye Associates was founded in July 1998, by Dr. Timothy T. Khater, MD, PhD. The clinical facilities are located near 82nd Street and Slide Road. The first floor entry is wheelchair accessible and handicap facilities are available throughout. Ample parking is available in the parking lot. Our equipment is state-of-the-art with friendly and courteous staff. West Texas Eye Associates is the only practice in Lubbock with two American Board of Ophthalmology, Board Certified and Cornea, External Disease, & Refractive Surgery fellowship trained eye surgeons. We also operate an on-site ambulatory surgical center which is a convenient and efficient way to provide surgical care.
