Delaware HIV Consortium | Welcome DelaWEAR ONE: new mail order condom distribution program initiated The Delaware HIV Consortium is pleased to announce a new HIV prevention project – – a mail-order condom distribution program. The new program, which was launched today, features a web-based enrollment which allows participants to received condoms, lubricant and instructions mailed directly to their address. DelaWEAR ONE was developed and is funded under a contract with the Delaware Division of Public Health and is designed to help remove barriers to obtaining condoms, increase the use of condoms by those most at risk, and to measure the impact of the project on behavior. DelaWEAR ONE participants must be residents of Delaware and must be 18 years of age or older to sign up.
