Gluten Free Louisville | A Chapter of the Celiac Sprue Association | Gluten Free Louisville We are a chapter of the Celiac Sprue Association in Louisville, Kentucky. Our mission is to provide information and support to those with Celiac Disease and other forms of gluten intolerance and their families, and to increase the awareness of these conditions in our community. Our chapter has been active for more than 17 years. We meet on the second Thursday of every month at the Baptist Hospital East Education Center. We also hold cooking classes, group dinners, and other events.  Learn more about CSA
