Community Outreach Programs in Addictions (COPA) COPA works with people 55 years and older with addictions in Toronto through outreach programs which are innovative and nonjudgmental. We provide outreach services to older adults by going to where they are. We work with them in their own homes, retirement homes, long term care facilities or while they are experiencing homelessness.
