A bloated and failed attempt to steal Amazingly crafted cityscapes with real-world landmarks; great car models and damage; realistic physics; over 70 vehicles; graphically superior to PS2 build. Criminally short (and linear) main game; pop-up issues and slow down; embarrassing on-foot maneuvering and aiming; no longevity; pathetic use of the cities; dull extras.
