"Not all those who wander are lost..." - The Lord of the Rings, J.R.R. Tolkien      In the eyes of many Kindred, the Keepers of the Outlands are comprised of fools, masochists, and criminals. Living outside the confines of the cities, battling for survival on an almost nightly basis, and competing for the few sources of sustenance to be found in the Outlands doesn't even sound sane to most vampires, let alone appealing. While noted for their honorable demeanor and their courage in battle, the Outlanders are typically treated with disdain, fear, or a combination of both. Their uncaring attitude toward politics causes them to often be targets for more manipulative Kindred, but their love of battle and their will to survive also makes them tenacious enemies when provoked.
