From the infamous Five Points and the riots of angry immigrants and freed blacks, to a terrorist attack that left scars on America for years to come. Guliani's reforms managed to clean up Midtown. Chelsea and Harlem both are experiencing a renaissance and growth like never before, and after 4 years the city is showing signs of healing
