Enter the Darkness

A dark night, a storm brewing in the clouds above... A child is born from a mortal woman, the father a demon of shadows, the child a mistake that was never supposed to happen... This child was given the name Zalrath, his mother died in child birth, his father abandoned him, the town he was born in outcasted him... He searched the plane of RhyDin for hundreds of years, before finding peace by himself. But, as all good things come to an end, so did Zalrath's short lived happiness. He lived for nearly 800 years, survived for lifetimes before the Gods realized the mistake he was. This creature, with skin black as night, three rows of razor sharp teeth and blade like claws was a disgusting sight to look at, but his power was also great. Zalrath is a race of his own, and the Gods did not like that, as he was never to be born, they sent demons to destroy the creature. Realizing the power of the black skinned demon, they knew they could never kill him, but only hold him for the rest of eternity. The demons, seeing this their only option, captured the beast and took him to another plane of existence, and held him there for millions of years. He was held in a black box, shacked and chained for eternity, but he escaped his prison to roam the plane freely. He became a warrior and scavenger, using whatever he could to survive. His body evolved and reformed, he changed and grew more powerful, he became a master of all weapons. The Shadow Demons that locked him up pursued him for nearly another million years, before he finally escaped their hellish plane and returned to the lands of RhyDin...
