Description: A software infrastructure for distributed object-oriented programming. The primary application for VOS is a multiuser virtual environment run by many interconnected clients.
Interreality was an umbrella for a few software development efforts involving online 3d virtual worlds, distributed data structures and computing, etc, the core of which was the Virtual Object System (VOS) platform. There are some new ideas floating around between the original developers, and hopefully something will come out of that in the coming years. Check back occasionally to see what happens.
