WNRTool - Windows Network Status Reporting Tool Network Status Reporting Tool for Windows The WNSRTool has been designed to monitor a list of IP addresses. Running as an NT / win 2K service it periodically pings a list of IP addresses, and writes to a output HTML file the link status (UP / DOWN and if UP the quality of the link). It also calculates and writes the RTT (Round Trip Time) of that link. If the link is up the name of the link on the HTML file is made a link to the said IP address.
