The Parallel Hierarchical Adaptive MultiLevel Project PHAML version 1.13.0 can now be downloaded as the file (8.6 MB) for Unix systems and MS Windows with Cygwin. When unpacked, it will place everything in a directory named phaml-1.13.0.
