RTCA Operations Committee to Meet The Tactical Operations Committee (TOC) will hold a on February 6, 2014 to consider recommendations on a number of issues affecting current and future operations in the National Airspace System. Co-chaired by Jim Bowman, FedEx Express and Dale Wright, National Air Traffic Controllers Association, the TOC convenes operational experts from the aviation community to address near term tactical issues affecting the efficiency of the National Airspace System. Elizabeth “ Lynn†Ray, Vice President Mission Support, Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) serves as the Designated Federal Official (DFO) for the Committee.
