ATek's line of patented controls can reliably hold a secondary weld current to a tolerance of +/- 1%. The controls can also give advance warning before a bad weld and allow a setup man to take corrective action reducing scrap costs. The controls can also be set up to detect parts missing and abort the weld sequence. ATek produces a line of Rogowski pick up coils which can are calibrated to +/- 1%. These coils are available in various sizes and configurations. ATek's line of welding monitors can help ensure a quality weld every time. They can monitor either the welding current, welding cycles, conduction angle, or heat values and more.
