Welcome to Yampa Valley Electric | Yampa Valley Electric Association Welcome to Yampa Valley Electric SCAM Alert for all YVEA Members We have received several calls from members alerting us that they have received calls from persons fictitiously representing YVEA. The persons are telling members that they have not received payment for their November bill and power will be disconnected if a payment is not received. This is a scam!! The number from caller ID is 866-373-4410 and when called is answered as “Disconnection Department”. This is a not a legal or recognized representative of YVEA. If you receive a call of this nature, please contact your local police department or YVEA at 970-879-1160 and report it.
