Welcome To Coordinated Court Services Coordinated Court Services (CCS) is a non-profit California corporation established in 1995 to provide traffic court related services, including traditional and home study traffic school monitoring, staffing services, automated systems and equipment to courts throughout the State of California. Services are provided pursuant to Section 11205 of the California Vehicle Code. In 2013, due to legislative changes, the California Department of Motor Vehicles took over all traffic school monitoring services, eliminating the ability of private organizations, such as CCS, to provide these services.
