Virus safety - good
Description: A gallery of abstract paintings and a gallery of drawings that portray fingers in biomorphic landscapes.
Anxiety is the impetus for my work. Worries about birth defects, diseases, viruses, sexuality, personal relationships... A myriad of neuroses are addressed, disabled and purged in the studio. My concerns are both intensely personal and universal. Everyone has some phobia - whether it is mild or severe. For me, time spent in the studio is far more than therapy. It is more along the lines of basic hygiene - essential to my well-being. If I seem normal to you, then it is working.
