But they didn't like what they saw, so they decided to do something about it. Armed with determination and a strong will to change the course of television, they wrote their own shows! Classy shows! But they knew that wasn't enough; they had to sell them. Letting nothing stand in their way, they went straight to the networks. But the networks just weren't ready for them. Not NBC, not CBS, not even ABC! But did that stop them? NO! They built their own network! SCTV!... and they liked what they saw! But they weren't the only people watching... yes, SCTV was On The Air!
