Description: Soft-focus images using motion and blur to create an impressionistic effect. Nudes and landscapes.
Reality is just the beginning... This site will soon be reconstructed to feature my more recent work featuring dancers, so come back soon. The images in this web gallery are refered to as, "impressionistic," because they are, for the most part, photographs that are not realistic photographs providing an accurate representation of the subject. They are creative representations of the subject and they have been produced using traditional photography techniques. Consequently, I feel that the term, "impressionistic" best describes the style. Digital manipulations have not been used except for the scanning and cleaning the dust or scratches of the images.
