The Northbrook Arts Commission was formed by Village ordinance in 2002 with the purpose to encourage the development and enjoyment of the arts in the village. The mission of the commission was to encourage greater cooperation between government organizations, not-for-profit corporations and individuals to promote the arts and assist in village arts initiatives.
