Carolina Judge's Association Published on Tuesday, 07 January 2014 19:20 The CWEA Board of Directors is proud to announce that we will be reactivating our local judging association beginning immediately with the 2014 Competitive Season. The old organization, under the name Carolina Winter Ensemble Association Judge's Association has taken on an entire new focus, as well as a new name! Beginning in 2014, the newly revived organization will henceforth be known as the Carolina Judge's Association and will operate under the umbrella of the Carolina Winter Ensemble Association. Under the direction of Frank Miller, the organization will take on a new purpose: to cultivate and educate aspiring and current adjudicators local to the Southeastern region and to breathe life back into our local adjudication team.
