Guild Motto: Friendship is the shining path we weave Serving Handweavers and Spinners on the Central Coast of California since 1962 We are celebrating 50 years of sharing and friendship. In January of 1962, a small group of local weavers and spinners met in Morro Bay to share information, support and encourage each other and to promote and celebrate handweaving and spinning on the Central Coast of California. That first meeting grew into what is now the Central Coast Weavers, serving all of San Luis Obispo County, as well as Northern Santa Barbara County.
