"Traditional Methods, By Hammer and Hand" As a professional Blacksmith, Designer and Sculptor, designing and making ironwork at Red Anvil Forge & Studio located in Modbury, Devon, England, the craft of the blacksmith forms the bedrock of my working practice. Inspiration is drawn from nature and the material (mild steel) is heated by fire and worked red-hot, by hammer and hand in the traditional way.
