(Last update: September 1, 2009) In August of 1999, a 13-year-old girl decided to take her addiction public. And with that, The Toon Obsession was born. Begun as a small collection of not particularly well-written descriptions of my favourite cartoon-related things, The Obsession, as it is affectionately referred to by, well, me, was originally intended to be a temporary outlet for expression and fangirlish behaviour. Since its conception, The Obsession has evolved into a more interactive, more diverse outlet for much the same things.
