Description: A Blue Wave, QWK, OMEN and SOUP offline packet reader for Unix, DOS, OS/2 and Win32 BBS Packages. Open source software.
(and 3.1 is now the minimum version that will work); removed XCURSES references, for the sake of PDCurses 3.2+. This is faster, and allows me to finally chuck the resize_term() kludge introduced in 0.42 (for the problem where the window scrolled up on return from shelling out in Win32).
